- What is Magis TV ？
Magis TV is an Android application that provides users with high-definition live streaming and video on demand content. You can watch TV channels, movies, documentaries, sports, and animations in multiple languages in this application.
- How can I change my access password?
In the Magis TV app, go to Settings / Account, change your account passwords. If for any reason you lose it and do not remember it, contact us.
- Does my subscription automatically renew?
We do not store your payment information, we do NOT process automatic renewal, you must carry out all renewals manually.
- How do I get a refund?
After the purchase is completed, we will send the account password to your email. If you have not logged in and used it, you can contact us for a refund
